The Senior Security Manager will perform the role of optimizing and automating ID Technologies portfolio of Archon secure solutions. This senior-level position provides technical expertise regarding development, implementation, and maintenance of a cybersecurity program compliant with current applicable Federal Government cybersecurity policies. The Senior Security Manager will be responsible for the cybersecurity program for all Archon customer information systems or networks, to include strategic, personnel, infrastructure, requirements, policy enforcement, emergency planning, security awareness, and continuous monitoring. Travel to customer locations for installation may be required, travel up to 25%.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
The Director of Managed Services will lead the O&M business and support operations of the Archon customer and lab environments. This role will be instrumental in improving the quality of the Premium Services business and drive the utilization of the ITIL Change Management framework. This person will have historic hands-on experience with technology, systems, customer relations, and have progressed into a strong business manager.

Location: Remote, but required to have the ability to travel to customer site approximately 15-25%
